§ 142102

Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 301, Sec. 4. Effective July 14, 1986. Repealed on date prescribed in Section 142010.

A majority of the members of the authority constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business, and all official acts of the authority require the affirmative vote of the majority of the members of the authority.
