Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 474, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 2002. Repealed on date prescribed in Section 142010.
The authority shall prepare and adopt an annual report each year on progress made to achieve the objective of improving transportation conditions related to priority regional transportation improvements and other local transportation needs.
