§ 5371.3

Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 125, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1994.

A class C certificate holder is one who provides transportation services incidental to commercial balloon operations, commercial river rafting, or skiing. This section does not apply to certificates issued under Section 5371.1 or 5371.2.
