§ 11508

Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 128.

“Solid Waste Resource Recovery” means the acquisition, construction, enlargement, operation, and maintenance of facilities for the purpose of collecting, reducing, separating, recovering, converting, and recycling solid waste, and for the purpose of disposing of solid waste residues.
