§ 11581

Enacted by Stats. 1951, Ch. 764.

Legislative bodies of half or more of the public agencies proposed to be included in the proposed district may pass resolutions declaring that in their opinion public interest or necessity demands the creation and maintenance of a municipal utility district to be known as the “(giving the name) municipal utility district.”
