§ 12827

Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 53, Sec. 2. Effective April 26, 1994.

The board of a district that has owned and operated an electric distribution system for at least eight years and has a population of 250,000 or more may engage in programs to encourage economic development that benefits its ratepayers.
