§ 1526.1

Added by Stats. 1971, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 1.

All withheld income taxes and amounts payable to the Personal Income Tax Fund after proper clearance shall be forwarded to the Treasurer who shall immediately deposit them in that fund.
