§ 1861.7

Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 964.

Prior to the hearing required by subdivision (a) of Section 1861.6, the defendant shall be served with all of the following:

(a)A copy of the summons and complaint.
(b)Notice of application and hearing.
(c)A copy of the application and any affidavit filed in support thereof.
