§ 41302.5

Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 703, Sec. 5. Effective September 15, 1992. Note: This section was added on Nov. 8, 1988, by initiative Prop. 98.

For the purposes of Section 8 and Section 8.5 of Article XVI of the California Constitution, “school districts” shall include county boards of education, county superintendents of schools, and direct elementary and secondary level instructional services provided by the state, including the Diagnostic Schools for Neurologically Handicapped Children as established pursuant to Article 1 (commencing with Section 59200) of Chapter 3 of Part 32.
