§ 72691

Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 247, Sec. 1. (SB 8) Effective January 1, 2012.

For purposes of this article, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“Auxiliary organization” means those entities defined in Sections 72670 and 72670.5.
(b)“Identifiable writing” means any handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostating, photographing, photocopying, transmitting by electronic mail or facsimile, and every other means of recording upon any tangible thing, any form of communication or representation, including, but not limited to, letters, words, pictures, sounds, or symbols, or combinations thereof, and any record thereby created, regardless of the manner in which the record has been

stored.
