§ 72700

Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 247, Sec. 1. (SB 8) Effective January 1, 2012.

Any provision in a contract entered into after the effective date of this article between an auxiliary organization and another party that would prevent the disclosure of information required to be disclosed pursuant to this article is void and unenforceable, and such a provision shall not justify a failure to comply with the requirements of this article.
