§ 1522

Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.

For the purposes of any law authorizing or providing for the deposit of funds with a savings bank, a commercial bank accepting savings deposits shall be deemed a savings bank.
