§ 1766

Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.

Whenever a foreign (other nation) bank is licensed to maintain two or more agencies or branch offices, it shall designate one of such offices as its primary office.
