§ 186

Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 334, Sec. 13. (SB 537) Effective January 1, 2014.

“Majority-owned subsidiary” has the meaning set forth for “subsidiary” in subdivision (a) of Section 189 of the Corporations Code.
