§ 93311

Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 234, Sec. 1. (SB 325) Effective January 1, 2012.

The regional transportation planning agencies or councils of governments for the Counties of Fresno, Merced, Kern, Kings, and Tulare, and any regional transportation planning agencies of other counties that may elect to join the authority, may operate freight rail service within the area of jurisdiction of the authority.
