§ 8010.5

Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 712, Sec. 1. (AB 1126) Effective January 1, 2022. Repealed as of January 1, 2031, pursuant to Section 8011.
(a)This chapter shall not become operative until funding is appropriated by the Legislature in the Budget Act or any other measure for the purposes of this chapter.
(b)The commission shall post notice of the appropriation on the homepage of its internet website and send notice of the funding to the Secretary of State and the Legislative Counsel.
