§ 8869.87

Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 943, Sec. 2.5.

The committee may request local agencies and state agencies to provide the committee with information pertaining to the amount and purpose of anticipated future private activity bond issues, or any other information which may be useful to the committee in performing its duties and responsibilities under this chapter.
