§ 8138

Repealed and added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1365.

The Director of Water Resources shall cooperate with the commission and furnish it with such engineering and other data as the commission may require in carrying out the provisions of this chapter; provided, the costs thereof shall be paid by the commission.
