§ 8255.5

Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 716, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2003.

The following definitions govern this chapter:

(a)“Commission” means the Commission on Asian and Pacific Islander American Affairs.
(b)“APIA” means Asian and Pacific Islander American.
