§ 8276

Amended by Stats. 2023, Ch. 45, Sec. 9. (AB 127) Effective July 10, 2023. Repealed as of January 1, 2030, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 3.4, commencing with Section 8261.

This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2030, and as of that date is repealed.
