§ 8757.2

Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 731, Sec. 2. (SB 1116) Effective January 1, 2023.

If any provision or application of this chapter is declared illegal, invalid, or inoperative, in whole or in part, by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions and portions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
