§ 10297

Added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 310, Sec. 1. (SB 1075) Effective January 1, 2013. Operative July 1, 2015, by Sec. 2 of Ch. 310.

An official publisher of legal material in an electronic record that must be preserved under Section 10296 shall ensure that the material is reasonably available for use by the public on a permanent basis.
