§ 11549.1

Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 353, Sec. 79. (SB 820) Effective September 26, 2013. Operative July 1, 2013, by Sec. 129 of Ch. 353.

As used in this article, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“Chief” means the Chief of the Office of Information Security.
(b)“Office” means the Office of Information Security.
(c)“Program” means an information security program established pursuant to Section 11549.3.
