§ 15770.3

Added by Stats. 2018, Ch. 242, Sec. 2. (AB 3133) Effective January 1, 2019.

When the Secretary of the Natural Resources Agency is serving as a member of the board, in the case of a vote of the board that results in a tie, the chairperson of the board shall cast the deciding vote.
