§ 15793

So far as is reasonably practicable, the state departments and agencies concerned with the expenditure of funds appropriated and the performance of work provided for, shall cooperate with all agencies of the United States to the end that grants-in-aid may be made available to the State from such agencies.

Nothing in this section may be used as the basis for invalidating, restraining, enjoining, or otherwise affecting any act performed or expenditure made pursuant to the terms of this part.
