§ 15799.4

Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 323, Sec. 50. Effective July 1, 1983.

The contingency plan for emergency public works shall consist of capital outlay or maintenance projects that have never been included in the Governor’s Budget or otherwise submitted for legislative review but which, in the opinion of the board, would serve a useful public purpose if implemented.
