§ 12100.53

Added by renumbering Section 6315.3 by Stats. 2017, Ch. 13, Sec. 11. (AB 1727) Effective January 1, 2018.

This article shall apply only to EB-5 activities of the state relating to the EB-5 Investment Program occurring on or after January 1, 2014.
