§ 13995.155

Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 296, Sec. 1. Effective August 25, 2004.

If the Office of Tourism drafts regulations to implement this chapter, the office shall submit the regulations to the California Tourism Commission for the commission’s review prior to the adoption of the regulations.
