§ 14669.7

Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 717, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2004.

The Director of General Services may enter into an agreement with federal authorities to sell, lease, or exchange land at the Northern California Women’s Facility, as described in subdivision (o) of Section 5003 of the Penal Code. The conditions of the sale, lease, or exchange shall be in the best interests of the state. If used for the incarceration of inmates, any facility located on this land shall utilize state employees.
