§ 14670.37

Added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 824, Sec. 1. (AB 1199) Effective January 1, 2020.

If any land within the grounds of the Fairview Developmental Center is reported as excess pursuant to Section 11011 and the department determines that the land is needed by more than one state agency, the department shall conduct a public hearing to receive community input regarding the use of the land before transferring it to any state agency pursuant to subdivision (e) of Section 11011.
