§ 14673.6

The Director of General Services may transfer and convey, without charge or consideration, to the City of Salinas, all rights, title, and interests, including any equitable interest, held by the state in the real property situated at 342 Front Street, Salinas, California. The Legislature hereby finds that it has deemed the subject property, formerly used as an Employment Development Department office, as surplus and that the city has received a transfer of property interests from the United States for any interest held by the United States Department of Labor

in that property.
