§ 14828

Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 823, Sec. 3.5.

All governmental contracting entities shall provide to the Department of General Services which shall maintain, for review by those desiring the information, all of the following:

(a)Names of contractors to whom specific contracts have been awarded.
(b)Contract procedures and requirements.
