§ 14938

Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 28, Sec. 16. (SB 71) Effective June 27, 2013.

As used in this chapter, “state agency” or “state agencies” means every state office, officer, department, division, bureau, board, and commission and the California State University and the Regents of the University of California.
