§ 14002.5

Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 352, Sec. 286. (AB 1317) Effective September 26, 2013. Operative July 1, 2013, by Sec. 543 of Ch. 352.

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:

(a)“Department” means the Department of Transportation.
(b)“Director” means the Director of Transportation.
(c)“Secretary” means the Secretary of Transportation.
(d)“Board” or “commission” means the California Transportation Commission.
(e)“Displaced worker” means individuals eligible for assistance pursuant to Section 15076 of the Unemployment Insurance

Code.
