§ 15027

Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1795.

The department’s functions concerning organized crime shall be divided among five programs as follows:

(a)Operations and training.
(b)Intelligence.
(c)Long-range intelligence research.
(d)Investigation.
(e)Prosecution.
