§ 15563.6

Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 348, Sec. 2. (AB 2204) Effective January 1, 2023. Repealed as of January 1, 2046, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Ch. 3, commencing with Sec. 15563.
(a)This chapter shall become operative only upon an appropriation by the Legislature in the annual Budget Act or another statute for the purposes of implementing this chapter.
(b)This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2046, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute that

is enacted before January 1, 2046, deletes or extends that date.
