§ 15604

Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 655.

The board may appoint its secretary and prescribe and enforce his duties. The secretary shall hold office during the pleasure of the board and shall receive such compensation as the board prescribes. It may employ such expert and clerical assistants as it deems necessary in the performance of its powers and duties.
