§ 19050.2

Repealed (in Sec. 2) and added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 310, Sec. 3. (SB 105) Effective September 12, 2013. Section operative January 1, 2017, by its own provisions.
(a)Subject to the approval of the board, the appointing authority may enter into arrangements with personnel agencies in other jurisdictions for the purpose of exchanging services and effecting transfers of employees.
(b)This section shall become operative on January 1, 2017.
