§ 19608

Amended (as added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 91, Sec. 24) by Stats. 2012, Ch. 665, Sec. 77. (SB 1308) Effective January 1, 2013.

Any demonstration project implemented under this chapter shall not include the adoption or waiver of regulations or statutes that are administered or enforced by the Department of Human Resources without the express approval of the Department of Human Resources.
