§ 100106

Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 451, Sec. 3. (AB 1177) Effective January 1, 2022. Repealed as of January 1, 2032, pursuant to Section 100108.

This title shall become operative only upon an appropriation by the Legislature in the Budget Act or another statute for the purpose of implementing this title.
