§ 25350.1

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 482, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1996.
(a)Nothing in this chapter limits, restricts, or prohibits a county from complying with Article 8 (commencing with Section 54220) of Chapter 5 of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5, and Section 65402.
(b)This section does not constitute a change in, but is declaratory of, existing law.
