§ 25832

Added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 564, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2006.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, solid waste handling service provided by, or arranged for provision by, a county under Section 25827 or 25830, or under Section 40059 of the Public Resources Code, is not a public utility within the meaning of Section 10001 of the Public Utilities Code.
