§ 27751

Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 1485, Sec. 2.

A county financial evaluation officer is authorized to perform the functions of a probation officer set forth in Sections 275, 276, and 323 of the Welfare and Institutions Code and Sections 1685 to 1687, inclusive, of the Code of Civil Procedure.
