§ 26625.6

Amended by Stats. 2020, Ch. 210, Sec. 12. (AB 1984) Effective January 1, 2021.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, the sheriff through the court security bureau commander shall make all transfers within the court security bureau consistent with existing personnel policies of the sheriff, memoranda of understanding, if any, and other county personnel management rules and regulations.
