§ 31565.5

Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 186, Sec. 13. (SB 634) Effective January 1, 2022.

Any member of a system established under this chapter who ceases to be an employee of the county under the provisions of Section 1312 of the Education Code may elect as authorized in Section 1313 of the Education Code to remain a member of such system.
