§ 32204.5

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 1369.

Any person who enters service as a “county forester, firewarden, or fireman” and has reached his fortieth birthday, shall be ineligible to become a member under this chapter, except any person who is a member at the time of the adoption of this amendment will retain his membership.
