§ 38417

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 79.

When authorized by a majority vote of the legislative body, the mayor and clerk shall sign, acknowledge, and deliver a deed to the land in the name and under the seal of the city. When so executed and delivered, the deed conveys to the purchaser title in fee to the land described in the deed.
