§ 50557

Added by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1923.

If the legislative body determines to proceed, it shall adopt a resolution ordering the sale of such improvement and calling for bids. The resolution shall fix the time for receiving bids, the terms and conditions of the sale, and shall direct the clerk to give notice inviting sealed bids.
