§ 51931

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 303, Sec. 19. (AB 1512) Effective January 1, 2026.

On each proposition separately submitted, including the proposition presented pursuant to Section 51929.5, if an elector marks the voting target next to the word “Yes,” the elector’s vote shall be counted for the adoption of the proposition, and if

the elector marks the voting target next to the word “No,” the elector’s vote shall be counted against the adoption of the proposition.
