§ 54116

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.

A school district within which a public school building is constructed or reconstructed by the board under an agreement between the governing board of the school district and the board shall continue in existence as it exists at the time of making the agreement, for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement.
